La porta della camera difettose che richiedeva tutte le volte un intervento per chiuderla. La poca illuminazione dell’entrata dell’hotel di notte, visto la posizione già poco illuminata di suo. La colazione scarsa tanto che non l’abbiano fatta per niente. Non sono riuscita a collegarmi al Wi-Fi perché nn rio aveva il mio numero del documento. Non ci tornerei

J’avais une réservation pour 9 nuit arrivée à l’aéroport les taxis appelle pour dire qu’on va arriver et au final ils ont répondu aucune réservation et qu’ils sont complet. J’ai payé les 9 nuits ce sont des voleurs. Tout comme expédia d’ailleurs

Durch die Pandemie hat sich sehr viel zum negativen entwickelt. Man sieht das in allen Bereichen gespart wird. Trotzdem ist die Lage und das Personal weiterhin hervorragend.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Die Metrostation liegt sehr nahe. Auch der Flughafen ist in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Maltepe Park und Piazza (zwei große Shopping Mals) nur zwei Metrostationen entfernt.

Bad Experience
The hotel is not located in a nice Neighborhood, infact its in a very strange area surrounded by vehicle manufacturers and repairing centers. It has a parking area. infact that is the only thing good in the hotel. We booked the superior room with paying more money than the normal room and they gave us key for that room, when we opened the room, there was already people inside the room which was quite embarrassing. We came to reception and the guy just gave us the key for the normal room without any explanation. we asked for money back as we cant live in two seperate beds in a 10m2 room but he insisted that this is the only room he has and he cant do anything. The experience was so bad and they arent professional about anything. Better to spend 10$ more and live in a better hotel with better rating and area around.

It does the job
The place was great but an hour away from the capital Istanbul so I had to drive an hour everyday just to get to the capital as kt is on the Asian side and not on the European side. Everything else was great but the but was very squeaky and made a lot of noise.

Joli hotel proche dune station de métro et commodités à 5-10mn à pied. Personnel aimable. Malheureusement dérangés par l'irrespect d'autres clients. Petit déjeuner à améliorer ( pas de jus de fruits...)

Su ısıtıcısı ve karton bardak koymuşlar odaya ama ne çay ne kahve ne de şeker-kaşık vs vardı. İçme suyu koymuşlar sağolsunlar. Son gece “bir ihtiyacınız var mı?”diye sormaya geldi bir çalışan arkadaş. Uyumaya çalıştığım için bir şey istemedim. Ama sanırım beni kontrol etmek için gelmiş. O gittikten sonra bir grup geldi kata gürültülü bir şekilde. Özel anlar yaşadıkları çıkardıkları gürültüden belliydi. Özel anlar için de kullanılan bir otel sanırım.

Şaşırtıcı derecede temizdi. Oda büyük ve konforluydu. Stüdyo daire gibiydi, mutfak, kocaman bir banyo, masa ve kanepe vardı. Sessizdi. Gerçekten çok beğendim. Ama kahvaltıyla ilgili bir beklentiniz olmasın. Peynir, zeytin.

Très bien cependant un peu loin de la rive europe
La propreté de l'hôtel il y a rien à dire , le seul problème mais qui justifie le prix moins élèvé des hôtels d'Istanbul c'est la distance, on est assez loin de la rive Europe. Il fait prévoir quelques arrêts de métro.

Otel güzel odalar güzel kahvaltisida gayet güzeldi fiyatıda çok iyi fakat Tek sorun uygulama üzerinden rezervasyon yaptım oda da pencere yoktu ve belirtilmemisti arka tarafa atmışlar yani bizi uygulama üzerinden rezervasyon yaparken mutlaka bunun belirtilmesi gerekir tek memnun kalmadigim durum buydu. Bide nedendir bilmiyorum hep yabancı uyruklu misafirler var Kırgız irak Arap bana ilginç geldi bu kadar çok olmaları Türk Ler olarak azinliktaydik :) ama herşeye rağmen tercih edilir tavsiye ederim

Good hotel
I was upgraded to a suite for free and the man on reception when I arrived was brilliant - he spoke English but as I am trying to learn Turkish he spoke Turkish slowly for me, repeating where necessary. The room was big and clean, with the exception of the runner at the bottom of the bed, and the metro is a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast portions were not as big as I expected but were sufficient. All in all, I would recommend it.

I liked that they cleaned the rooms daily. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Free breakfast was included. The only thing I didn’t like is that the only one iron per 5 floors.

One of the worst services that I have ever seen
The Sanli hotel was one of the worst hotels that I have ever seen. The location was not good, the service was awful, rude reception(one of them could not speak English even one word). The price was cheap. They offered free parking but it was not available. The breakfast was not bad. We asked to change our room, they promised but it never happened!!! Because they mentioned, "you booked online so we can not give you a better service!!!". Most of the time there was nobody in reception to provide any services or answer your questions.

Bad experience, the elevator was out of order for two days . No onw fixed it and i had to go for thr 4th floor using the stairs .... come oooon and no helped me carrong my stuff. I wanted a knife the reception said i can not ( the hotel had a resturant but he did not give me ) . I dont understand the high ratings, the location is between car shops and different to reach . The only good thing is the soze of the roam and price......in short dont go there unless you are on low budget
