Upon checking into our room around 11:00 PM, we found the floors were not properly cleaned, with leftover rice grains, hair, and other debris from the previous guest. The following morning, we informed a member of the housekeeping staff, who took note of our complaint. However, when we returned to our room the next evening, the situation had not changed. We then reported it to the reception. They assured us they would share it with their team and that the issue would be resolved by the next morning.
The next day at 2:30 PM, our room still had not been cleaned. When I brought this to the attention of Mr. İlker at the reception, he dismissively stated, "You just told us, we clean the checkout rooms first, then it will be your turn." When I reiterated that we had been waiting for two days, his reaction made it clear he had no intention of resolving the issue. On the contrary, he reprimanded me. This experience completely ruined the positive impression we had from our previous stay. Hospitality cannot thrive with individuals who have an attitude like Mr. İlker.
