「The staff on the building was so kind and helpful. The location is really good. The building needs to improve on the cleaning, the suite was ok but it requires maintenance, there are some crack on walls, the mirror and sink fixtures were deteriorated. Im very disappointed with the noise level on this room, you can hear too much noise from the hallway, specially the doors of others suites closing. 「We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that.
We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem.
Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping...
