o estacionamento, é terceirizado e precisa pagar um valor de diária, porem tem espaço e manobrista. tivemos problema no ar-condicionado, o qual substituíram de quarto. Inicialmente sentimos um pouco de dificuldade, mas tudo foi feito, da melhor forma possível. o quarto é extremamente limpo e organizado e o café da manhã, alem de ter um horário muito bom, tudo é muito gostoso e tem muita diversidade (adoramos). Fomos em época de frio, porem acreditamos que o ar condicionado, não de conta do tamanho do quarto (muito espaçoso) em época de clima quente, pois quando exigimos mais deles, a resposta não foi positiva. agora o ponto mais forte desse hotel é a localização. Perto de tudo, mas muito perto mesmo. colado a ele, tem um restaurante, e a 80m tem um shopping que é completo, com diversos locais para se alimentar, comprar... além da proximidade de pontos turísticos, o qual, a gente deixava o carro no hotel e saia andando para todos os lugares, mesmo tendo 2 crianças pequenas.
