BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH 700 M2 SITUATED 50M FROM CANTO GRANDE BEACH AND 200M FROM MARISCAL BEACH.

Following are the provisions of the suites and beds:
1. A master suite with 01 super king double bed (2.10 x 2.10) and 02 bunk beds;
2. A junior suite with 02 single widower beds, 01 bunk bed and 01 single box bed with possibility of placing the mattress on the floor and use the box as a mattress as well;
3 Three demi-suites with 01 king size bed each and 01 bunk bed each;
4 A demi-suite with 01 bunk bed and 02 single box beds with the possibility of joining them and turning double bed and / or put the mattress on the floor and use the box as a mattress too;
5 A suite with 02 single beds with the possibility of joining them and turning double bed and / or put one of the mattresses on the floor and use the box as a mattress too.


AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS, BUREAU TABLE, POOL, BARBECUE, COVERED GARAGE, BALCONIES, NET, TABLES AND PLASTIC CHAIRS.

House Rules:
1. Availability of bed and bath linen upon advance request. There is no exchange during the stay. There is a washing machine in the house.
2. We do not offer beach chairs and umbrellas.
3 Parties and events are not allowed. Just marriage and the like.
4 No pets allowed, not even small.
5 Loud sound is prohibited at night.
6 CHECK-IN: 5PM; CHECK-OUT: 12PM.
