「It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though.」

「My two main issues were the location on a main street and the front bedroom getting a lot of street noise throughout the night. The other was being aware of all the stairs. My mother is 83 y/o. That was a lot to navigate but she made it. The other issue for me was carrying the luggage up all the stairs. I have back issues from multiple surgeries. The place was cute and clean. 」

Before our stay she had everything ready, once we arrived which was much later than we originally thought, she made sure we were checked in and had everything we needed. 「Our stay was amazing! My family of 6 (kids 10, 9, 6, 18mon) had more than enough space for everyone to do their own thing! There was a pack n play on property which was helpful. My only suggestion would be some sort of available baby gate for stairs protection (we were able to improvise) as well as a highchair option. We had local family so was able to borrow one.
