When we first checked in, there was a cockroach in our room, the room had a bad smell, and the water heater wasn’t working.they transfer us to another room, but unfortunately, the flush toilet and bidet in the new room were also not functioning properly. 「What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

There’s very less breakfast options very limited and repeated in a weeks time.
