Path through cattle pasture. The churned up ground with a covering of straw in its centre, seen in mid-distance, marks the spot where two cattle feed rings used to stand during summer. The public footpath traversing this pasture (seen at right) starts by the end of New Road, an area known as Journey's End > 554082. It can be followed in northerly or in westerly direction - it leads over drains, through cattle pastures, always roughly following the course of the River Bure.

The pool area was okay and while we did enjoy it we just feel it lacked an intimate atmosphere as was a gym club. Definitely could have done with either drinks service for guests or a bar.
