une maison très accueillante

La maison est parfaite pour un groupe (nous étions 10).Les équipements sont de très bon niveau, les matériaux choisis avec soin, bref c'était très agréable, sans oublier le vase rempli de fleurs à notre arrivée. Le lieu permet de visiter beaucoup de sites de la Toscane Occitane sans perdre trop de temps.Le petit bémol est dans le tout internet pour les contacts avec le gestionnaire.. mais notre moyenne d'âge est 70 ans, alors!

Logis agréable mais quelques fausses notes...

Cet hébergement pourrait être très bien s'il y avait de quoi poser ou suspendre les serviettes et des sèche-serviettes dans les SdB. Et des tapis de sol pour sortir de la douche ne seraient pas superflus. De plus, la grande TV n'a jamais fonctionné..! Le chauffage aurait pu être remis en route sans que l'on ait à le demander, alors que le propriétaire est à côté... Bref une communication très lourde et compliquée entre Abritel, Ma PetiteToscane, L'Escapade d'Itzac et la Conciergerie avec, bien sûr, des réponses par Mail toujours soigneusement positives et irréprochables...

Heerlijke week

We hebben een fijne week gehad in het huis in Itzac. Bij aankomst hadden we het wel fijn gevonden als het wat schoner was geweest. Er lag best wat stof bij ons op de kasten. Het sanitair en de bedden waren wel netjes schoon.
