「We decided we wanted to have more of an "outdoor" experience on our trip to Sequoia. This place was more than we expected. It's very clean for being an outdoor space and the hosts provide everything you need to make your experience feel right at home. 「Important disclaimer; unless you have AT&T cell coverage, there is really no good Internet/phone coverage in this area at all. So when you find out the address and the mechanism how to get into whatever cabin shoes, make sure you write it down. 「We loved staying at this property. Clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated, extra amenities we did not expect, fast communication and help. 「John's Place couldn't have been better for our last-minute trip to Sequoia Nat'l Park. We stayed two nights. Robin was a great host. We enjoyed the privacy and serene neighborhood --- which is located very close to the park entrance. We came here with our two teenagers and our experience was outstanding. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the AC after long hot hikes. We hope we can return to see the Sequoias and stay here again. 」

"Waked by the sound of Fire Alarm at about 4:20 in the early morning. It was happened in the ground floor while my room was at the 3rd floor. Though fire fighters were about to leave, I could not find any reason to go back to my bed. Like many other guests, I left too, it was only 5 am."
