İlk gittiğimizde kapıda kaldık zaten hotels bize bildirmedi rezervasyonunuzu dendi sorna arayın paranızı geri isteyin dendi lakin biz denizliden gitmiştik ve bayramın 1. Günüydü o gün hiç bı yerde yer bulamiyacagimizi biliyorduk sorna dışarı çıktık biz halletcez dediler ve bı oda verdiler kaldık sabah kalktin tuvalet tasmisti rezillikti zaten erken çıkmak zorunda kaldık kokudan

Hotels.com üzerinden 7 aralık giriş 8 aralık çıkış 1 gece rezervasyon yaptırdım ve ücret ödedim. Ancak gittiğimizde oradaki çalışan boş odasının olmadığı ve aramamız gerektiğini söyledi? Boş odanız yoksa neden internet üzerinden rezervasyon yapılabilir tutuyorsunuz? Ücret iadesi için hotels.com ile görüştüğümde tesise ulaşamadıklarını aramalara ve e-maillere dönüş yapmadıklarını söylediler ve onaylamadıkları için ücret iadesi alamıyorum. Resepsiyondaki çalışan ücret iadesini onaylayacaklarını söylemişti ancak onaylamadı. Bu yapılan çok yanlıştır kesinlikle her yere şikayet edeceğim.
