“The welcome was warm, the room was very clean, and I felt safe. Temp control, soap, shampoo, and hair dryer in the room. Bed comfortable. Little programming on tv for kids unless you sign into an app. Fair price. Would stay again. ”

“It is a great spa location very romantic and family friendly at the same time. Unique experience if you want to try something different then the regular hotels”

“Great location with very friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. Nice options for breakfast, although less variety on weekends. Very clean hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Housekeeping was promised every other day but I had to request it on the third day. Towels were replaced and garbage was emptied but bed wasn't made and surfaces weren't wiped down. ”

“The water is brown when you first turn on the tap. Toilet won't stop flushing. Very noise. Sink doesn't work until someone fixed it”

Safe, well-lit parking lot; friendly receptionist and hot coffee in lobby; room immaculate, smelled great, perfect temp; comfy bed and desk chair; all furnishings clean, stylish, and sturdy; excellent light-filtering and room darkening blinds; excellent shower amenities; decent view of fall trees; very quiet. (Coffee pods, small fridge also provided.) Will be my "go-to" when visiting family in the area.”

“We checked in at midnight but the staff was really friendly to help me. The room is not big but absolutely clean. One thing that surprise me is the breakfast, its really good, i love the hot scramble eggs cereal, and we can make waffle by ourselves. Also, there are many kind of nut you can take it. I just love it all. I would recommend you come, but its better to have a car, it is 30 mins drive to Boston. In addition, the nearby live environment is high level area, so it safe to stay there.”
