Für älter Menschen ist das Haus nicht geeignet es geht eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe nach oben . Die Duschen funktionenieren spärlich, die Terasse muss jeden Tag gesäubert werden. Wenn es nass ist, muss man wegen Rutschgefahr auf der Terasse ebenfalls aufpassen. Ausstattung war super. Was ganz schön heftig ist am Ende die Kaution Abrechnung. Man Zahlt für Wasser, Abwasser, Strom und Heizung warmes Wasser zusätzlich Extrakosten.....

Objekt entspricht nicht den Angaben im Portal

Die Immobilie auf gepflegten großzügigem Grundstück in einer schönen Umgebung. FW Parterre ist okay Haus nicht so wie im Portal beschrieben: 2 Ferienwohnungen, davon hatte die FW im Obergeschoss folgende Mängel: - Küche ohne Warmwasser, Wasserhahn war abgesperrt - keine Gläser, 2 Tassen, keine Töpfe - Kühlschrank defekt, Dauerkühlung bei niedrigster Temperaturregelung, Jogurt/Gurke waren am nächsten Morgen gefroren - kein Fenster mit Fliegenschutz bei Vielzahl an Mücken - keine Gardinen/ Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer - 2 Schubkästen vielen beim Herausziehen auseinander - Dusche im Bad war rostig und schwarz, sehr alt, Dichtungsgummis schon gelb und teilweise herausgebrochen - Warmwasser im Waschbecken und Dusche musste ca. 5 Minuten laufen, bis es warm wurde - Bidet nicht nutzbar, weil abgestellt Mängel im Untergeschoss: - Warmwasser im Bad musste längere Zeit laufen, bis es warm wurde Rieddach sehr kaputt- herausgebrochenes Schilf lag täglich auf Terrasse - Verlangte Nebenkostenabrechnung des Vermieters stimmen nicht mit den der Agentur überein, waren höher als im Vertrag/Aufenthaltsschein, zusätzlich wurde eine Abwassergebühr in Höhe von 25,48 € verlangt. Wäre kein Problem, wenn man es vorher wüsste und im Vertrag vereinbart wird, obwohl uns das sehr hoch erscheint. Es fielen zusätzlich Grundgebühren für Strom und Wasser an.
