「Everything was excellent, service and installation, but the worst part was arriving and finding that the pool was not operational, and there was only an option for a spa, obviously at an extra cost. It should have been mentioned that the pool would not be in operation; that disappointed me!」

「It needs to be clearer on your site, before booking, that parking is such a distance away. We are an older couple traveling with a cat and the walk to the hotel was substantial when carrying a cat travel box and litter tray plus your own overnight bags. My husband has COPD and I have a wonky leg so it was a trial for both of us Having said all this hotel was in a lively square with plenty of options for our evening meal and a recovery drink or two.
