When you've tired of the wineries, check out this lovely park for a quick hike!
There are 4 places to visit at the park: The mansion, the cottage, the gravesite and the Wolf House. The grave and the Wolf House are small low level hikes but worth it.

The grounds of this park are the permanent home of the US author Jack London (White Fang, Call of the Wild, and others). In addition to writing books, Jack London and his wife Charmain operated this ranch and orchard. It was important to them to hire local people and use biodynamic and sustainable farming practices. i expected more ! I stay at the rosewoods all the time so price is not an issue. I felt like the value for money for the one night was not there at all
