The Corner Shed- Norris Lake or the Mountains
This is The Corner Shed, new to our rental program in 2021. Few locations on Norris Lake are in as close proximity to both the lake, the mountains, and the LaFollette/Jacksboro retail, restaurant, medical, and business district as we are. Across from Indian River Marina, we are 2 miles from town. This is a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay, about 100 yards from Indian River Marina and the lake, and 20 minutes to fantastic ATV trails.
New in 2021 the property is 600 s.f. with one sizable living room/kitchen combo and a bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a high-quality sleeper sofa. A full-size bathroom and washer/dryer laundry room are accessed through the bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We provide 6 pillows, 2 sets of queen linens, blankets, bedspreads, bath towels, and dish towels, but you must bring your paper products, toiletries, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
There are smart TV's in both rooms with satellite and WiFi internet service.
We have 2 more Sheds and a house that we rent, so if this one isn't available, ask about the others.

Corner shed
We picked the corner shed to ensure we had parking for our truck and Trailor which we did. Close to atv trails and all amenities. Hosts are very responsive. Everything you need is there including a gas grill with propane and fire wood. Very clean and property well maintained. The sheds have more of a small cabin feel. Far exceeded our expectations. We will be staying here again next time we come down. We had a small issue with the combo lock which was fixed within a few minutes and we were able to get in.

Quiet, Relaxing, and everything we could possibly need.
We loved this location which is walking distance to Indian River Marina where there was live music on the weekend and Bo’s restaurant has great food. Also a very quick and easy drive to the main road where grocery shopping and retail establishments are plentiful. We loved the cozy cabin and it was equipped with everything we could ever need. Full sized appliances, pots & pans, dishes, glassware and coffee maker.

Perfect for the two of us!
The property was very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming and we were able to launch our boat and rent a slip for two days at the marina which made it very convenient.

Very nice place close to everything needed
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were up to work on our personal property about 45 minutes away and this was a nice location to relax after a hard days work. Very clean and comfortable and the owners were very easy to contact if we needed anything. We weren’t there during peak Norris Lake season so I can’t comment on that. But it was peaceful and just what we needed to relax. Thank you.

Perfect and relaxing
Fred and Debbie hit the nail on the head with this getaway! Very quiet area, perfect place to stay with a toddler, don’t have to worry about stairs. The ponds are beautiful and entertaining for all ages. Very welcoming and relaxing! Thank you!

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable, Cute..... with Koi Ponds!
This was our first time at Lake Norris, and we couldn't have found a nicer place to stay! The Corner Shed is neat, clean, and spacious for 2 people (can accommodate 4), and is just a short walk away from Indian River Marina. All amenities were included; all we had to bring was food. A bonus for kids of all ages: there are koi ponds and a beautiful garden with outdoor seating areas behind the unit on the driveway circle. Fred and Debbi were terrific, even offering to receive a package delivery for us before we arrived.
FIVE STARS in all categories! Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Great Location! Very Spacious!
The property was spacious and clean, and only a short walk to Indian River Marina! There was parking for our boat trailer behind the cottage and room for two vehicles in front. The marina itself had a small store and a restaurant where we were able to listen to live music in the evenings.
The cottage itself is brand new, and set up with everything we needed. The bedding, including the pullout sofa was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets.
I really can't say enough good things about this cabin! Would definitely stay again! Thank you Fred and Debbi!
