Have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise while relaxing on our deck, fish off our private dock or rent a boat from the nearby marina and enjoy a day of fun on the water. We also have plenty of space to park multiple trailers, so be sure to bring down your ATVs and boats!

The property currently has an incline to the lake, and while this is very common at Norris Lake, it may not be for everyone. The steps are suitable for our family members ages 4 - 70. However, a new tram is being installed in sometime in 2024, which will eliminate the need for steps. For those who are not familiar with a tram, its like an elevator on the lake, and will allow groups up to 6 people + bags/coolers to travel to and from the dock. The steps will be removed in 2024 once the tram is fully functional.
