「Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.」

「Perfect place to stay」

「飯店的職員非常親切、態度很好，也能馬上為旅客解決問題。我們第一天抵達時因為飛機時間較早，但他們也為我們辦理入住。」

「Spacious, recently renovated and tidy room. Caring and nice staff were always helpful. As a solo woman traveler, I definitely felt the sense of security as the driver team supports me with pick up and drop off services. Thank you!」

「Clean room and staff」

「Fantastic place to be. Regarding the owners, you can't meet better folks. Thanks Annie for your honesty and care!」

「The property was undergoing some renovations. We did not have access to the pool, or the main hotel. We were placed in the ‘boutique suite’ area and when checking in, we had no towels or toilet paper. To start, everything was very disorganized but once we got settled, the room was spacious and hotel staff were kind.」

「Not good safety security, they use the sensor of light system, for only one person traveling doesn't feel good」

「All was good, the reception ladies were friendly.」

「My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again」
