Wonderful stay! The hotel offers great amenities and a central location close to everything. The staff was excellent, and the food at the Bistro was fantastic. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. An added bonus is the complimentary car service within a 2-mile range.

Our stay here was exceptional. The hotel was beautifully decorated with thoughtful details throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My trip was fantastic. Be sure to check the king rooms and ask for city view otherwise you’ll be looking at a parking lot. The front desk and servers in restaurant were wonderful. Cheyney in concierge services went out of her way to accommodate. She was terrific as was Dani at the front desk. I will be staying at the Cloudveil again.
Overall a memorable trip.

The people who work at The Cloudveil have the best customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Gabe, Rachel, and Chetney from the concierge and Westin and Jose from the front desk as well as some of the others all go above and beyond for the guests. It was unlike anything I have ever seen in hospitality, and my partner and I are both well traveled both internationally and within the US. They surprised us with hand written notes in our room with wax seals, and with local treats. They made excellent recommendations for activities in the area such as the wildlife museum, a wildlife tour, and trails to visit. Also great restaurant recommendations. The hotel itself is in a prime location. They also surprised my partner with a birthday cake without me even having to request it. They anticipate the needs of their guests in such a meaningful way. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone I know visiting Jackson Hole. The team at The Cloudveil exhibit great care for their guests.
