Awful is not bad enough. FAKE ADVERTISING AND MISREPRESENTATION!!! I left one day earlier. The place was a real dump! The floors were filthy: there were actually drops of blood on the bathroom floor. I did not use the Jacuzzi because it was filthy. The sheets were yellow, and the “pillows“ flat an one inch thick!!! The paint on the wall was chipped, with large swats missing in the bathroom. The electrical plugs were filled with grease, and revolting. The carpet was filthy and sticky. The personnel was uncooperative and disagreeable . Even the remote control of the TV did not work, and there was no phone to call the receptionist. There was a table, but no chair. Had I known, I would not have made a reservation: all the pictures on Expedia were FAKE!!!!.
