The staff was extremely helpful the room came equipped with everything I needed the toiletries in the bathroom was a very good quality and the breakfast was very good I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody that's traveling to Canton Mississippi

Rooms were nasty/ bathtubs need a serious sanitize and deep bleach cleaning. Queen side mattress at a broken window. Not worth the risk, cost and your money. Lost money on this hotel but, it’s a lesson learned.

The only nice thing about the property was the delicious breakfast and nice staff. This place is falling apart! Couldn't even shower here! Holiday inn, you better fix this place up! The staff did the best they could with the condition of this property. Pool was murky and gross, so you can't even use it. What a waste of my money.

The staff changed the original booking without notification. The room that was provided contained: broken window shades, shower water leaks, and inoperable air conditioning. The desk staff did not expediently respond tonroom maintenance requests or linen renewal. Furthermore, there was audible partying at the hotel poolside after closure hours.

Worst hotel stay i've ever had. The room was dirty. The toilet was filled with feces. The mirrors were smeared. The blinds did not work. They were jimmied in there. The sheets had hair. The counters had hair. It smelled like dirty feet and was absolutely deplorable.

The lobby and outside looked fine but the room wasn’t great. The freezer in the mini fridge was almost completely frozen over. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the shade in the room was broken. It definitely surprised me because holiday inn usually has pretty high standards

We enjoyed our stayed but had ended up changing rooms due to the sink water pressure begin low. We also seen of water bugs/ roaches. Other than that all the staff was understanding and the breakfast was good I felt it could have been more choices but by all means everything was good.

The staff was super nice. Check in was not a problem. Room was just okay, could use some upgrades. Mattress definitely keeps you in the middle of the bed. Room was quiet ….Several reviews speak highly of the breakfast, however, supposed to be buffet from 6 - 9….Went to eat at 8 and it was nonexistent ..NOTHING. Staff super friendly. Rooms werent as booked, but ended up with one suite and one regular when booked two regulars so mistake was to our benefit. Breakfast was great! Hot omlets, bacon, buscuits and gravy! Hair on bathroom floor (i hate that!) Too tired to change rooms after driving all day.
