「At first we were a bit concerned as the other property is very close to the tiny house, but the other house did not seem occupied during our time there. It was very quiet and peaceful. It is tiny, but decorated very nicely with added flourishes and welcoming touches. 」

「My son was in town for a summer football practice. Beds were very comfortable. Having a washing machine after a sweaty workout was very nice. I appreciated the kitchen to heat leftover lunch while my son was with his teammates. Temps got a bit warm upstairs during the day but comfortable for sleeping with the extra fans. That would not usually be an issue if not for late June. 」

「House was very clean and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfy. And location is great and walkable to town. The only thing to make note of is one of the bedrooms only had a small futon as the bed. Great for kids but no way an adult could sleep comfortably. But one of the rooms had a king bed so we just doubled up so wasn’t an issue for us. But could be if you needed 3 separate beds for adults. Would stay again. 」

「Perfect place to stay if you want to watch a Michigan game at the BIG HOUSE, without paying ridiculous Ann Arbor prices. One street gets you from here to Michigan Stadium in 10 minutes. House has all you need and the host is very responsive to text messages. Would stay here again. 」

「Great VRBO. This property was in a great location and was renovated nicely with no issues on property at all. We enjoyed some great weather so we were able to go on walks and runs around the neighborhood and the park near by. A great find and would recommend to anyone staying in the area. 」

「This house was clean, there was a smooth check in process and the beds were comfortable. Though we found all the bedrooms to be so minuscule that you could barely fit in a suitcase leaving very little room to walk around the bed or close the door. There are no closets in this house only a few hooks and hangers. So if you have more than a backpack full of clothing this is not for you. Also, there was little evidence in the listing to suggest that this house is at a busy noisy intersection. So...

"和旁边的Hyatt Place相比酒店硬件设施差了不是一个档次. 除了卫生间看得出有翻新痕迹以外，别的设施比如沙发，地毯，床等等都是很旧的，完全不是宣传照上面翻新的样子。另外，用了酒店的洗衣房，明明已经用现金支付过token了，在checkout的时候发现还是被额外又扣了一次钱，奈何已经离开酒店，为了区区6刀也没必要返回找他们索赔。真心无语"

"雖然酒店的設施明顯老舊，缺乏保養，但它離密歇根大學很近，交通很方便。我們都很喜歡它寬敞明亮的大堂，還有早餐雖然寫歐陸式，但也供應一些熱的食物，例如鷄蛋和肉腸，所以總體而言這是一家性價比不錯的酒店。"
