"The room was okay for what we paid for. No complaints about the cleanliness of the room. The staff checking us in and out was phenomenal and was very friendly and eager to help. The staff designated to clean was cleaning at 11:30am, which was not ideal for any sleeping guests especially with walls very thin. The pool was not filled when we arrived so I am unsure of what dates it is open if anyone is looking for a pool during their stay in Jacksonville."
