Make this popular oceanfront condo right on the beach your next home base for a fun and unforgettable family escapade! Enjoy breathtaking views and the ocean breeze from either of your two private balconies. This condo's amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, TVs, and a DVD player. Choose to relax on the beach or by the community pool!
Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the end of March.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
There are about 20 steps leading to the condo.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Great family beach vacation
This was a great place for our family vacation that included our 87 year old matriarch. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views and nearby location of the pool. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied since we cooked most of our own meals. The boardwalk to the ocean and pool were helpful for our older family member. An overall lovely experience!
