Charming 3BR/2BA Seaside Privacy Home located in Summer Beach Village. This home offers unique privacy with it's side courtyard and open patio overlooking windswept oaks and preservation area. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and overlooks the dining area and living room area with wood burning fireplace. Extra family room with lots of windows and outdoor access. The split bedroom floor plan offers the master bedroom and bath on one side of the home and the 2 guest bedrooms on the opposite side. The single car garage features extra storage with cabinets and shelving. All located just a few steps to the sandy white beach and sunny community pool.

This little place is quiet comfortable and very private. Has all you need for a great stay on the island.

Just what we were looking for

The property was spacious and well appointed. It was light and bright and pleasant. The community it's in is well groomed and quiet. The pool is clean and was uncrowded while we were there. Everyone was comfortable and we had a nice vacation in spite of the nearby hurricane Debbie and all the rain. Property management was in touch during that time and gave us a cell number to contact in the event that local power went out. Great stay, highly recommend!

2024 beach trip

We had a great time, the house was perfect for us, my only negative was the master bedroom could use a mattress upgrade. I would recommend this property.
