This two bedroom Amelia by the Sea condo has a beautiful ocean front view. Located on the white sand beaches of Amelia Island, the unit is located on the Fourth floor of this gated complex. Sit on the balcony and enjoy an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit hosts a King bed in the Master, two Double beds in the guest room, and a large L- shape sofa for lounging, or for extra sleeping arrangements. The Living room houses a 60" TV. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and cable and Wi- Fi are provided. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, and there are linens provided. The complex is gated for security and offers a host of amenities. There is a large pool, community grills, tennis courts, and our own private 800' fishing pier. (Private and no permit needed) NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY!! MONTHLY RENTALS IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY ONLY. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NOT A RESORT. QUIET HOURS OBSERVED FROM 10 PM - 9 AM.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
