Welcome to Sailmaker at Summer Beach, a peaceful pet friendly oceanfront retreat located on the southern end of Amelia Island, just minutes from the Ritz-Carlton and the charming shops and restaurants of Fernandina Beach.



This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers everything you need for a relaxing island getaway. Located on the second floor, the condo features unobstructed ocean views from the living room and private balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down after a day in the sun.



Inside, you`ll find a thoughtfully furnished space with bedrooms located upstairs, a king bed in the primary suite, a queen in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area, offering comfortable accommodations for families or groups of up to 6. The kitchen comes fully equipped for meals at home, and in-unit laundry makes longer stays easy.



This unit is proudly pet-friendly, so your furry friend can join you on vacation too!



The community pool is just a short walk away, and the beach is practically at your doorstep—perfect for easy family fun. Whether you`re building sandcastles, exploring the island`s historic sites, or grabbing dinner at a local favorite, Sailmaker offers a relaxed, welcoming setting for making great memories together.
