Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly oceanfront hideaway! This condo offers a 180-degree panoramic view of the ocean and miles of white sandy beaches overlooking Amelia Pier. The private balcony offers a chill space to watch the action, surfers, beach goers, sunsets and enjoy your favorite drink. On site, there is access to the beach, tennis, fishing pier and a swimming pool. The condo is a short drive to quaint downtown Fernandina with lots of shops and restaurants!

Beautiful unit and very nicely stocked for a week stay. The view is spectacular and beds are comfortable. It was also nice to have some thick towels after a few weeks of paper thin ones at other stays. Location is central to the island and the pier was an unexpected bonus. I would love to return!

The condo has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of towels and soap. There's even surfboards and sand toys for the kids. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We had seniors and young children and would definitely stay again. Watching the sunrise on the balcony every morning was awesome! The private pier is great for fishing and the beach wasn't crowded at all. Great for family vacation!

Host Courtney is extremely welcoming; the place is clean and charming, very comfortable for my husband and I. The best part is panoramic oceanfront view, the sunrise was happened to be straight, centered during the time of our stay. That’s the money shot!!

Beautiful unit. Very clean. Excellent communication and prompt replies. Amazing view from the 6th floor! Beach chairs and pickleball equipment in the side closet were a plus! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay here. Very thoughtfully appointed home. Everything we needed for our stay and the host was very easy to communicate with. Very clean and beautifully decorated! We will be staying here again in the future after having stayed in many units at Amelia by the Sea! Highly recommend!!

Great condo and location

My husband and i spent the weekend for our anniversary. The condo was very clean. The location is great, especially with The Surf restaurant right across the road. We enjoyed the pier. The balcony is spacious with seating. It rained a lot, so am extra tv in one of the bedrooms would have been nice and we missed having an iron and ironing board. Otherwise, the stay was perfect for the 2 of us

Great location with amazing views! The condo is well stocked with towels, linens and beach toys. The office set up in the master bedroom was amazing and wish I could come back and “work from home” for awhile. We loved the beach and spotting all of the wildlife. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had the best stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The pier was great to walk down without getting sandy. The pool was clean and bathrooms nearby were perfect with kids. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Just steps from the beach and walking distant to a restaurant. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Parking could be a pain if you wanted to go to and fro but no one’s fault just a popular complex and they managed it well. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Clean and fresh with bright vibes and modern vibes. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The private boardwalk and pier is to die for and the pool is 8 foot deep!! Has elevators. Really very impressed.

Relaxing on Fernandina

The location was right on the beach and easy to get to other attractions and restaurants. The grounds, pool area and private pier were well taken care of and the view was excellent and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and watching dolphins. The condo was clean and comfortable. Working with Courtney was great and she was quick to respond and she went above and beyond for some booking issues we had. We would definitely stay here again!
