Enjoy this chic 2 BR townhouse located in the heart of Jacksonville. This home is only a 10 min drive to downtown and a 20-25 min drive to the beautiful beaches of Jacksonville and is very close to many restaurants and shops. The 2 BR 2.5 BA townhouse is perfect for families or couples and sleeps up to 6!
This chic getaway will leave you in awe with its carefully picked amenity list spread over two inviting stories. Tile floors extend throughout the entire first floor. The living area combines the living and the dining room with the kitchen, creating a contemporary open concept design space.
Both bedrooms upstairs have their own full bathrooms with all the necessities. Anything in the townhouse is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Parking: Parking is Free. You can park in the spot directly in front of the townhouse. The parking spaces directly across the street are for guest parking.
Trash: Please take all trash to the compactor. When you step out the home go right on Centennial and make a right at the stop sign onto Rotary Rd and left on Gate River Run.
You can access the townhouse any time after 4pm by using the smart lock on the door. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
Heath, the safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.
Checkout is at 10 am. Looking for more time? IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour.
Early check-in IF available is also $25 per hour needed.
Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
