You'll find stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics you need - without the clutter. The living area opens directly onto a screened lanai where golf course views stretch out in front of you, making it an easy favourite for morning coffee or evening wind-downs.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with peaceful golf course views - a calm end to active beach days. The second bedroom is set up with two twin beds, well suited for families or additional guests. Both rooms offer soft linens, hangers, and closet space.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully stocked for home cooking: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. A dining table seats your group comfortably inside, or take meals out to the lanai.
 
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are well-appointed, each with a bathtub, hair dryer, and essentials including towels, soap, and toilet paper.
 
Location & outdoors
A short walk through gated Beach Gate access puts you at the shore. Back at the condo, the community pool is available year-round, and free on-site parking accommodates two vehicles. The private entrance keeps things quiet and low-traffic.
 
Everyday conveniences
High-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, washer, dryer, iron, HDTV, and a full suite of home safety items - smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all included. Long-term stays are welcome, making this a strong fit for snowbirds and remote workers alike.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. No pets are allowed. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation.
