This condo accommodates up to three guests in an open studio layout. A king-size Murphy bed folds away to create a bright living area during the day, while a full-size hide-a-bed offers additional flexibility. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain comfort throughout.

Living space & essentials
A dedicated workspace makes it easy to settle into remote work, while an HDTV and Wifi provide simple ways to unwind. The private entrance and keypad self check-in allow for a smooth, independent arrival.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen supports meals at your own pace, whether starting with a quiet breakfast or enjoying a relaxed evening indoors. A dining table provides space to gather, plan your day, or unwind.

Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a separate shower and dressing area, along with bathroom essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living & amenities
Step onto your patio or balcony to take in the coastal surroundings. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool available all year.

Located in the Sawgrass Beach Club community in Ponte Vedra, the setting is peaceful and suited for relaxed walks, with beach access within easy reach.

Free parking on premises - 2 spaces is included. Guests have access to the community pool only. Pets are not allowed.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
