Excellent Location and Manager

We needed a home to house out of town family. The property manager and location was a hit with the family. The house was beautiful and appropriately stocked.

Jacksonville Beach Stay

The house was IMMACULATE - best cleaning service we have seen. Check in was easy and directions were provided in plenty of time. The backyard was completely fenced so our pup was safe, and enjoyed lots of time outside. The pool is heated and has a fun waterfall feature. There was also a Cornhole game, a fully equipped beach wagon and a putting green! Again, check out was clearly explained and was easy. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Great house and location, it was clean, roomy and had comfy beds. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with. Love the 2 living spaces, one for kids and one for adults, though we didnt spend much time inside. The back yard is amazing! So much to keep everyone busy! Pool was fabulous! It was clean and the perfect size, everything was just like pictures in the post. And they had plenty of beach towels available. Putting green and cornhole boards were great! We didnt want to leave!

Great location to relax and unwind

Clean bedrooms, plenty of towels and beach towels provided. Great beach cart, too. Many options for dining - 2 large areas inside, but we enjoyed the large patio table the most.Loved the covered patio with the TV, comfy rockers, & the grill. We used the salt water pool every day & in the evenings. We also brought a small dog who enjoyed the fenced in yard.The appliances are clean and easy to operate. The washer & dryer are new.We took recommendations from the owners & rented a golf cart to get around the area easily. Close proximity to the beach & local dining spots.A very enjoyable stay for 4 adults & 2 teens.
