Amelia by the Ocean

Great house right on the beach. It has been nicely remodeled. Very spacious, big bedrooms and bathrooms. Great for 3 families to stay and each have their own "space". Plan to return here.

The house is beautiful and sits on the beach. Our experience was great. We wished there were more paper towel and toilet paper. The communication with host was excellent. The online pictures were accurate.

Big birthday year reunion

Eight of us met at Amelia Island from across the country, and we loved our trip. The house is comfortable, and we loved the outdoor areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. This is a great property!

Perfect place

Had a great panoramic view of ocean and easy access to Beach. Family member was running half marathon which started a few blocks away so we could walk there and walk to dinner! Plenty of room for family to spread out and have their own private areas! We would definitely stay there again!

Great Week

We had a family gathering ages 1.5 to 86. Perfect house affording each family plenty of space. Very clean. The huge porch was a big hit for all ages! Highly recommend.

Multi family vacation

Perfect home and location for our multi family vacation. Each family had their own wing with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The home was very comfortable and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment would be that outdoor furniture is lacking on the porch overlooking the ocean.

Celebrating 70th Birthdays

All the various suite like areas made our sibling & spouse reunion for a week very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the large kitchen/ den area for gathering for meals and visiting. Gorgeous views from the extensive deck really made our mornings and evenings special. Great location!! Hard to please everyone in this group but everyone had positive experiences in this beachfront home. Fantastic response time with any questions or issues.

Absolutely Wonderful Property

Wonderfully outfitted and accommodating property in a prime location. Property hosts were welcoming and communicative within 30 minutes of booking. Room for everyone - not just sleeping space, but plenty of other private areas for families to relax, decompress, or take care of children’s needs. Kitchen was well equipped, and the beachfront balcony was spacious with room for everyone. We’d love to come back!

Great place on the beach

Plenty of space and very practical. Great views and close enough to town but far enough away. Very clean and well kept. ample parking space as well. We made use of the grill and the oceanfront deck every day. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises.

Priceless Vacation

We enjoyed one of the best vacations we have ever had. The house was amazing and perfect for our family and friends passing through to visit with us. Waking up to the sunrise and waves to watching the sunset from the deck this house has all the views and still feels like home. The staff was excellent and if you are thinking about renting this house, you should! Everything you need to entertain and relax all at the same time.

Air Force Veteran Retreat

Our group consists of 8 retired C-130 aircrew members. We have been during this for the last 21 years. This was by far the best location we have visited. There was plenty room to rest and relax. The building was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The beach access was just about 15 yards out the back door. Communication with the staff was very easy and very helpful. Would recommend property to any large group looking for a beach location. We will be back next year.

This house is a perfect one to host our college re-union party. It has a ocean front with spacious deck with lots of patio chairs/furniture. The bedrooms are adequate size and the open-end style of Kitchen and living room gives more room to roam around with lots of windows to have a natural light. We had a great time together and couldn't ask for a better rental property. Wish it has few sporting equipment like Pool table or Ping pong table in the basement also

Great oceanfront property.

We were 30 family members (some live locally) and we gathered at the house for our meals and beach time. Well equipped kitchen except for sharp knives and lack of another large outside trash can. The house is lovely but could use 2 sectionals in the main living room. Disposable hand towels would also be useful in the bathrooms so towels aren’t used and soiled. Ample beds and comfortable too. Lovely house.

Beautiful home

This place is amazing! Right on the beach with access to downtown and other resorts. There was minimal outdoor furniture, however, I was informed a huge shipment arrived after we left! Looking forward to using it next time. We forgot a personal item that they mailed to us promptly. There was also another VERY valuable item we did not realize was left behind and the cleaning lady turned in. Super honest group! We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Was a Perfect place for a large Family Gathering

We needed a large place for 11 adults and 6 children with a large open kitchen, dining and family area. It fit the bill. The location on the ocean and the proximity to activities was great. Nothing is perfect but this is almost perfect. They provided an extra fridge which we needed. Having our entire troop all together in one home was great. Sharing the kitchen and eating together made for a family reunion we will not forget. The management were helpful in any request we needed. The photos were dead on and the location was right on the beach! The kids loved it! Having a large deck off the main area was super great as well. Everyone was happy with the location and the home!

An amazing getaway for families

This property gave us a perfect base for endless beach days and space to hang out with our family and friends. There are truly four “suites” where everyone can have space, but the large main living room/kitchen with the balcony overlooking the sea was where we spent the most time when inside. We had 4 adults and 6 kids (ages ranging 14 down to 1) and had perfect space for all. We would advise those with toddlers to bring 2 baby gates with gates that open and close for ease but there were several more basic ones there in the closet. We also left a booster seat to strap to a chair at the awesome dining table - we enjoyed so many meals around that table. The ocean was amazing there with tide pools in the afternoons that the youngest enjoyed for hours. I think we will be back in the future.

Fantastic Birthday Celebration

The house is beautiful and the location suited our needs perfectly. The view from the back porch is spectacular. The beach is steps away, and there is a sheltered patio if the beach is too windy. There is plenty of space, so none of us (nine women) felt cramped. The house is well-appointed and very clean. I would suggest that beach towels and chairs be provided. We found a few rusty chairs in the garage that need to be replaced. I would also suggest that the toaster and coffee maker be replaced. The toaster is temperamental and gets VERY hot. The coffee maker does not turn off automatically, and it was left on all day twice. Everything else worked well and there were plenty of cups, glasses, etc.

Incredible property!

Our family gathered for a special occasion in this beautiful spot. It is just as beautiful as you see in the pictures. We loved the open plan and the privacy of having separate areas. We had 11 adults and 2 children (2 and almost 1). It was perfect!
