The only positive part of my stay was the friendly check-in with Kay. Unfortunately, everything else about this hotel was bad. The hallways and common areas were dirty and clearly not maintained. The shower had terrible water pressure and never got hot, it was tepid not even lukewarm, and if someone used the bathroom before you, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly because it took too long to refill the bowl. Even worse, both my sister and I heard a pitter patter footsteps at night (seperate occasions), like something scurrying across the floor. We noticed a hole near the head of one of the beds, and we suspect that’s where it came from. We tried to investigate further but didn't find anything (not scat or other evidence of a rodent). Noise was also a constant issue—you can hear nearly everything going on in the hallways. On top of that, on our second day our room keys were deactivated for no reason, and we had to get new ones. Clearly, there’s little attention to detail here. The place feels gross and neglected, which makes you question how clean the rooms actually are. Overall, aside from check-in, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent and professional. My first room was not clean. The overnight desk clerk got me a new room. She checked it over to make sure it was clean before I went in. She even offered to help me move my stuff. She was so polite and professional. The morning staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast assistant kept the eating area clean and the food items stocked. You have a great staff. Just make sure your housekeepers change the bed linens after every stay!

The hotel was adequate and good for the price I suppose. The room was set to 65 degrees when we came in and very cold. Overnight, the AC unit leaked condensation all over our floor, getting some of our things wet. We also had booked the room for 3 people and only had towels for two.

This property is 1-2 stars, Dirty bedding, one towel per soon, no soap, the bath is dirty, everything is in extremely poor condition. Will never stay here and do not recommend for anyone else to stay here for almost $100 per night you can stay pretty much anywhere else and not risk getting a skin infection.

I was extremely disappointed in this La Quinta! I seek out this hotel chain no matter where I go and this place was disgusting and left little to be missed. I usually do not leave reviews, but felt this time it was needed.

Bathroom sink clogged with something and clearly not clean!

The shower wall and soap dish covered in grime and NOT clean!

Shower mat was disgusting and clearly had no been removed for cleaning!

Wall out by beside pulled off wall and exposed wiring!

Considering they're currently painting and/or remodeling it was a rather pleasant stay. The staff are courteous and thorough. My dogs really liked it too!
