One block to the sand! This new, luxe townhome is the perfect beach getaway for the whole family. Spacious floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Large living room, dining area with seating for eight, and oversized kitchen create comfortable gathering spaces. Walking distance to the ocean and some of the best restaurants in Jacksonville Beach. Smart TV, Gigabit WiFi, and a beautiful patio with outdoor furniture. Off street parking for up to six vehicles including a two car garage.

Perfect location

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to stay near the beach. This place is clean, spacious and just steps from the sand. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough. We will stay here again next time!

A great Christmas!!!!

We spent Christmas and new years at this house with our 3 adult children and it was great!! We even bought our dog and he loved it as well. The beach and restaurants are very close by. The house had everything we could possibly want.

The BEST

We decided that Jax Beach is going to be an annual stop for us, and this property is one of the main reasons. It is spacious, and has plenty of room for everyone. The property came with everything we needed, and is a short short walk to the beach. Our 4th of July week vacation was truly the Best!
