Discover the perfect coastal escape in this stunning penthouse. This home is thoughtfully designed to provide both privacy and spacious living. All three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, are located upstairs, including two with serene marsh views. One of these offers a private balcony, providing a perfect spot to watch the sun set. The master suite features a dedicated balcony that can be enjoyed from both the bedroom and the master bath.

The main level is an open and inviting space for gathering, featuring a half-bathroom, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and bar stools, which provide ample space for dining. A private balcony offers a peaceful outdoor extension of the living area, while a dedicated workstation is located off the living room.

The villa complex enhances your stay with a refreshing swimming pool and on-site tennis courts. This smoke-free home is dog-friendly and welcomes your canine companion to enjoy the island adventure with you.

Dogs only (max 1) permitted with prior management approval. A non-refundable $250 pet fee applies. Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and sociable. Size/breed restrictions apply; pet agreement signature required. No cats or other animals.

We enjoyed another stay in Amelia Island but left wanting more from the condo. Most of this is on me as the description and pictures are accurate. One of the things I overlooked when booking were the lack of beach towels and chairs for our trips to the ocean. After staying in several different properties within the Omni previously, this was the first that didn't provide beach accessories. Away from that, the unit was fairly dated in both the structure and overall furnishings. Again though, in hindsight this was all very much documented in the photos. Check-in was a breeze and I felt as though if I ever needed anything help was just a text away.

The best time! Beds are so great you want to sleep in, until you get a glimpse of the view and then you're eager to start your day. But then relaxing in the soaking tub with the view is a great way to end a day of fun! We love the Turtle Dunes location and will be back. Excellent hosts!

Beautiful view!

This condo is very clean and has all the items you could possibly need! The only negative is the shower in the master bath.., it is very small and dark. Everything else about the master and bath is excellent! The other two rooms are nice and roomy! Also the owner is VERY responsive! We will definitely stay again!!

Great condo

We loved staying at this condo. It has such a wonderful set up with all bedrooms on the top floor (and each bedroom with its own bathroom!). The views were incredible and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio. The kitchen was well appointed with nearly any tool you could possibly need. Next time we come to Amelia Island, we’ll be sure to stay here again!

We had a great trip. The property was super clean. Nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The location is perfect and as a result beach is not over crowded. Grocery store is nearby. Laily was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. We will be back!!!

Stunning ocean view

Beautiful waterfront views of ocean and property. Easy access to beach and convenient elevator access. Pool was closed due to pump issue for 5+ days of our stay, reopened on day 6. We were given access to another on a farther property as alternative, but had to drive to get there. Unit could use a little update in way of paint, but overall very nice.

We had a great stay at Turtle Dunes! We’ve been traveling to Amelia Island for several years, but this was the best unit we’ve rented so far! The kitchen is well stocked, living area and bedrooms are spacious, and the view is amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful property

This condo was perfect for the groomsmen in our wedding party. The ocean view is fantastic and having a private bath for each bedroom and a half bath downstairs makes this the ideal rental.
