Service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Deborah in Guest relations went out of her way to keep us in the same rooms for an extra night when our flight was canceled. Definitely heading back to this property.

What ia great place!! The staff was amazing from helpful suggestions at the front desk to attentive beach staff. A beautiful ocean view and truly peaceful atmosphere. Try the costal farmer downstairs for a great meal and exceptional bar service.

This property is going through a thorough renovation. The renovation was noticeable, but was not a problem. The staff was working diligently to make sure all needs were met. This property is in a great location, and it will be excellent when finished.

The property was abig surprise. Everything was new and beautiful. The chaise’s At the pool we’re big and comfortable. The beach was beautifully maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Te restaurant was wonderful I expected so much less. Would love to go again and stay longer

The elevators were a big issue. Took forever, also the lobby being on the second floor you having to take your suitcase up the status kinda a hassle. Our ac also wasn't working to well and the shower/bath the water was warm, never hot. The one thing that was AMAZING was the staff.

This property will be 5 star once finished. I knew it was under construction and jumped at the discount rate for the preview Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and loungers and beach chairs were great. I can’t wait to try this hotel with dining options and full staff. The staff currently there are wonderful. I will be back

The rooms were excellent the view was wonderful. When I checked in I was given a room on the second floor but the door would not close or lock but the staff was helpful and helped me move to the fifth floor. The view of the beach was beautiful from that floor. The place is under renovation but their team is doing a fabulous job keeping the services they have running the best they can. Can’t wait to go back after all of the changes are complete.

I'm a former IBM employee and among my many positions, was their customer satisfaction focal for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). From the cultural nuances to the overt and outright unusual aspects, there's extremely little that escapes me. I was thoroughly impressed, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Even though the hotel was undergoing renovation, every employee I encountered was gregarious, outgoing, extremely helpful and had a smile on their face. i've stayed in some of the world's finest establishments and willingly admit to being just a bit jaded. However, the way I was treated by the employees at this particular establishment was nothing short of exceptional. Please extend my sincere thanks to everyone there - they made my stay a pleasure.

The staff and room we stayed in were great. However we were taken off guard and arrived to see the hotel was under renovation. No dining in restaurants, no spa, only pop up bar area, construction underway, surprised we were charged an amenity fee. We stayed there several years back and it was very nice. I’m sure it will be nice once completed.. but felt like we paid to much given the circumstances..
