  • Beautiful oceanfront 1 bed/1 bath ground-level condo located in gated Sawgrass beach club. Experience spectacular sunrises and walks on the beach.

    This condo has been fully renovated and beautifully furnished for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need to cook at home if you want. Lots of fine and casual dining nearby and just 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine.

    In this condo, you can enjoy a king-size bed, a large TV, WIFI, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer, covered outdoor patio with endless views, access to a private pool and more!

    The sofa bed in the living room accommodates an extra guest if necessary.

    Surf Villa is the perfect oceanfront condo to offer a relaxing family/couples stay at an amazing beach!

    The unit is eligible for temporary membership to the Sawgrass Country Club for a FEE. (Guests must purchase membership separately.) For more inquiries, please reach out to us.

I felt very much at peace at Surf Villa. The proximity to the beach and views are so relaxing. I had my daughter, her husband & granddaughter for Thanksgiving , we sat around the island & enjoyed oysters & lobsters, what a perfect setting to give thanks ! Wish I could have stayed longer in this lovely, well appointed condo! A perfect get away spot!

Amazing Surf Villa

Beautiful beach front location

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Easy to book and fast communication. Location is perfect and condo was clean, modern, tasteful and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Only cons are the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and needs a mattress topper and you can hear people walking around in condo above which kept us awake 2 nights.

Relaxing and beautiful condo

Wonderfully updated. Location was great and close to some very good restaurants and things to do and see. Appreciated the short steps to the beach. Spent many hours outside on the patio listening to the ocean. Communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze.
