Our home has an open floor-plan, hardwood floors, and a wall of glass across the entire back, bringing in the light and gorgeous green space view. Come enjoy the spacious great room with stone fireplace, large desk and game table for four. The upscale dining room seats eight comfortably but for a special family occasion, you could squeeze in 10. The very large, modern kitchen has generous work spaces, as well as a sunny breakfast table for eight. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite Jacuzzi bath, wheelchair accessible shower and private toilet. There is also a guest half-bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bath with twin sinks and lots of storage space.
Outside is a 650 sq ft. deck with seating for 14 plus 2 chaise lounges and a fabulous glider that the kids will flock to. Enjoy the views of the iconic Ocean Links golf course, now a green space used by runners, bikers and walkers. A new Weber gas grill is also on the back deck for your use. Beach chairs and and beach wagon will be in the garage for your use. When you get back from your walk home from the beach there is an outdoor shower to rinse off located near the garage.
