We did not stay. There were several signs warning about criminal activity. The light outside our room did not work. There was a half full bag of trash in front of our room as well as trash sitting on our windowsill. There was trash in the parking space, including a broken wine cooler bottle. When I walked up to the room, there was a gap around the door that I could see into the room. I have never felt so unsafe in my life.

The room they initially gave me the door did not close or lock securely the TV did not work and the lights wouldn't shut off and the portable lamp had no bulbs in themand a hole in the wall the second room they gave me had about an inch and a half of a gap from the floor to the door I don't know about any staff I only seen the guy who checked me in and good luck trying to sleep at night it was so loud
