The Space:
Relax on island time at this beautiful five bedroom, four bathroom home, located at the heart of Amelia Island!
With stunning ocean views and a private oceanfront deck and direct beach access, this large, open cottage is everything you could imagine for a beach-side holiday break. Walk directly into the main living area of this gorgeous home, where you can enjoy comfortable, tasteful furnishings in bold, bright colors and a number of amenities that will ensure your happiness throughout your stay. The careful design of this area allows for easy conversation and entertainment, even among larger groups. Enjoy cooking in this property's full updated and well-equipped kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and more. This main area includes three of the five bedrooms, all of which boast large, updated beds and premium linens. Two of the bedrooms are accessed through a separate entry door, making this the perfect location for extended family gatherings and getaways among friends. This home comfortably sleeps ten and is situated in a fantastic area of the island.
A short walk across the boardwalk will take you over the dunes and directly to the beach, or enjoy a short drive to one of the many amazing restaurants located on the south end or to Historic Downtown Fernandina on the north end, where you will find a number of trendy dining spots, shops, and museums. For our nature-lovers, our beautiful island has lots to offer, including fishing, kayaking, and hiking. Fort Clinch State Park in located on the north end, while a little further south sits the Talbot Island State Parks. No matter what you look forward to most, we are sure you will agree, this is the perfect place to make lasting memories.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella and are also provided for you to use during your stay.
Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.
We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.
Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.
All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.
This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $175 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations and 50 lbs is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.
