Beach View - Communal Pool An inviting Florida seaside vacation destination. This cozy villa is beautifully decorated in a colorful island style. Its open floor plan features a combined kitchen, dining and entertainment area. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and beautiful view out to the beach. This is the closest oceanfront condo to Fort Clinch and the historic seaport village of Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The Terraces is a premier Florida beach condo rental! The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbeque grills for your convenience. The Terraces at Beachside are the closest oceanfront condos on Amelia Island, FL to Historic Centre Street and the island's Victorian beach town, Fernandina Beach. Historic Fernandina Beach offers many unique shopping and dining experiences for every visitor! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. The Terraces at Beach side is wonderful for a romantic getaway or reserve multiple rooms for that much needed family vacation. Whatever your plans, the Terraces at Beach side is truly a premium Amelia Island resort rental.

Perfect location
Location was perfect for us. Easy walk to the Sandbar and Saltlife. Flectcher Avenue is bikeable. The unit is small but had everything we needed. I like that it had a washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable. Nice that parking is covered. We would stay there again!

Near main beach
It was a nice condo,tho cozy, the parking space is absurdly close to a concrete pillar, but we had a maintenance issue, and the maintenance man was there in 5 minutes. A good experience overall.

Amelia Island Anniversary
Perfect location and size! Next time (yes, we will be back!), we’d like a unit with a balcony. Perfectly situated to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Recommend using personal GPS on phone, instead of directions given. We had trouble getting the door code to let us in, but help arrived shortly. The unit was very well appointed.

The location was perfect. Easy access to parking and the local restaurants were great. The property needs a little TLC. The blinds are dusty. The fans have to be clean. I took pictures of the dusty fans. The walls need to be clean you can see it specially at the entrance all the scuff. The bar chairs are very old and need some cleaning too. The toilet seat is loose. The washing machine makes a horrible noise. I thought it was going to go through the floor.
