Great townhome walking distance to beach
This property had a great location in proximity to the beach, surrounding restaurants, and shopping. Most everything is walking distance or a very short drive and it had ample room in the garage to store sandy beach items and with small children, it came in handy. The host had great communication and was very responsive. I highly recommend this townhome for any one wanting to be close to the beach and other places of interest where you can have a short walk to get to wherever you want to go nearby. It was also only 18 minute drive to St John's Town Center and that was a plus!
We cannot wait to book this place again this summer for round 2!! Thanks again!

Great House and Location
My family truly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, comfortable and perfect for us. The location is great. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Short drive to other locations and golf courses. The host has local information that was extremely helpful for us first timers to Jacksonville Beach area. Communication with the host was easy and quick!

Would stay again!
The property was in a great location, quick drive or leisurely walk to Atlantic and Neptune beach and restaurants/shopping as well as to the boardwalk. Spacious, clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable. Nice they offered an air mattress as well, if needed. Would stay again.
