Nice hotel

Lovely hotel and a good location Friendly staff and the areas and room were clean and it was very quiet The room was nice with aircon, the bathroom was spacious and had a lovely overhead shower but with only opaque glass separating it from the room, it may not be the choice with overly private couples….it wasn’t a problem for us but just wanted to put it out there The parking is offsite about a 10 minute walk away which is a public under cover car park but they have a deal that you only pay their rates not the car park rates We did have an issue in that the ticket they gave didn’t work so we ended up having to pay full price to get out of the car park but the hotel refunded us without any problem

This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff asked for credit card numbed over WhatsApp before I even arrived. Nobody told me there wouldn’t be hot water until I found out myself and asking, the room was disgusting, smelled of smoke, trash and standing water in the shower from the previous guest. Somehow the room was blistering hot despite it being December and the AC didn’t work.

Questionable security

Europa is a mid-range hotel in the newer section of the city. The accommodations are basic, but ok. The breakfast is basic, but ok. Prior to the arrival, the hotel repeatedly sent us messages regarding its restictive check-in times and payment policy. On several occasions we tried to call them with payment, but the phone wasn't answered. The main issue we have with this property is regarding security. We were given one electronic cardkey, which had both the hotel name and the room number on it. That's a huge risk, if the key gets lost. A light outside the room door illuminates red or green, depending on whether the electronic cardkey is in the slot inside the room. That clearly shows if the guests are in or out. So, if you dropped the key on the street, there's now a clear security risk. The safe inside the room was apparently attached to a thin backing on the back wall of the wardrobe. "Apparently", because in our room it was thorn out of the wall, revealing a big hole in the backing of the wardrobe -- and being completely loose. Not terribly effective for a small safe.

No te dejes engañar por las fotos. No vale la pen

Estancia con mucho que desear. Habitación en planta 5 con ruidos de ambiente constantes a lo largo de la noche. Cama poco comoda. Desayuno mediocre para los 8 euros que te cobran por el. Basicamente una tostada con café y alguna fruta residual. Te cobran por adelantado, pero además exigen dejar un numero de tarjeta en garantía por si rompes algo. Ofrecen acuerdo con parking externo, pero en la propia sala de recepción informan por escrito que no tienen claro el funcionamiento y que depende del usuario por completo. Solo algo bueno que decir, el precio no esta mal, pero a mi de nada me sirvio porque no pude dormir bien.

Un hotel normal con muy buena ubicación.

Lo positivo es la ubicación del hotel, con respecto a la habitación estuvimos en una habitación con terraza. El tamaño es amplio y la terraza tambien es grande. Las camas son cómodas. La habitación es tranquila y sin ruido. Lo negativo. El ascensor de acceso a la habitación estaba averiado. El buffet de desayuno es muy escaso. No merece la pena el desyuno por el precio que tiene. La ducha no funcionaba bien y la cisterna goteaba agua.
