Cleaness need to be improved
When checking in, they said could not provide the nonsmoking room even I have booked and remark for my booking. Meanwhile, they are just simply clean up the room and pass it to me. Even they have other room type with nonsmoking situation. This was annoying. After checked in, the room situation is not clean at all, bed sheet and the pillow were too dirty to touch.

方便熱鬧的酒店,更适合年青人入住的地方。接待處設在8樓,進出有些不方便,退房手續比較幔.
方便熱鬧地段的酒店,因為樓下是市内高級的酒楼及卡拉OK,因此更适合年青人及爱熱鬧的人入住的地方。接待處設在8樓。酒店出口交通堵車十分嚴重,進出有些不方便,房間不错。附近不少食店及商場.近唐朝人街。

Not so clean, but a great breakfast
Fave hotel is in the middle of Glodok, the Chinese quarter of Jakarta, which is intresting But the hotel is at the 8th floor of a big parking garage and industrial shopping centre. The room are on the 9th and 10th and thats is a separate elevator. It cost time to go from the street to your room. The room is not cleaned very good. There are a lot of small coackroches in the bathroom. The shower is one day hot and the other day not at all. The breakfast is cheap and very good. Personal is very friendly

The hotel staffs are very friendly. Its just opposite the police station and Clinic. Lobby is located at 8 floor and below is a Trade centre shopping mall which sell alot of commerical Heavy machinery. The hotel abit run down. the door does not close tight. it will only close tight when you need some force to slam the door which make a lot of noise and will disturb the rest of the guest staying there. The rain shower joint leaking water.

La plaza del terror
La plaza donde se ubica es horrible, es algo complicado el acceso desde la calle como peatón, pero está cerca de varias atracciones como el café Batavia. La estación del Bus está muy cerca y es fácil de utilizar.

NO to additional pillow!
On my first night, I asked for an additional pillow. Housekeeping turned me down by saying that they were having additional guests. Then I asked what about tomorrow. The answer was NO. Then I asked, what about the night after tomorrow. The answer was still NO!

Need to be much more cleaner
Location is not so ok. Historical landmarks are at least 1km away, shopping center is for technical stuff not like normal shopping center. About cleanliness towels and sheets were dirty. Everyday we got dirtier towels. There was dead cockroache in room and after 1 night room service didn't clean that up. Under bed were bottles and plastic. Breakfast was ok.
