標榜四星級卻只有一星級的水準
訂的是非吸菸房, 結果check in 時櫃台說只剩吸菸房, 還說已打掃過沒菸味. 結果一出電梯(17F)整條走道瀰漫煙味, 一開房間門都是霉味, 家具老舊骯髒, 我無法相信這是四星等級. 後換到18F, 菸味較淡, 但家具依舊髒甚至破舊, 壁紙發霉, 椅子佈滿髒汙, 房間冷氣發出轟隆巨聲還噴水, 無法使用! 早餐餐廳有蒼蠅四處飛, 食物品質不佳, 服務人員也不專業.

This apartment hotel is suitable for family travel , and it is just nearby the ancol sea world , it is very convenient for the nearby shopping . Good breakfast , good 33 floor top view and bar . Generally if for family travel , it is very good choice here .

The lobby and staff were amazing at Grand Dafam. Every morning Leila was very pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. Our first room had mold in it but after addressing our concerns with hotel manager Joco, we were upgraded to an executive suite. Joco provided great customer service. Overall the staff and breakfast made our stay at this hotel wonderful.

Not so good.
Probably just renovating or not. But the hotel was not like how described. We found a bowl of noodles in the fridge from a previous customer. The pool was dark and dirty looking. The road near by was noisy day and night.

Would love to come back !
I booked a superior non-smoking room for just one night but they said none is available at that moment. But the receptionist then kindly free upgraded our room to deluxe one. Thank you ! Nice and cozy room. But the lift is a little bit creepy it made a sound like it needs a better maintenance or something while going up from 5-10 floor.

所謂中心地からも、最寄り駅からも徒歩30分弱離れ、且つ周囲に食事や買い物等を楽しめる所はないが、プロウスリブへ行くには港が近いので便利。部屋もプールも拡く快適。ホテルの方々も大変親切。

価格相応です。
部屋の設備は古いですが、空港からも近く、ビジネス利用であれば問題は感じません。苦痛に感じたのは、エレベーターが半分しか稼働しておらず待たされることと、カードキー方式のエレベーターですが、非常に感度が悪いことでした。スタッフ対応は非常に良く、朝食も平均以上だと思います。

Food was fantastic very good choices, great buffet cant go any further. What l didn't like was not enough staffing on Sundays, Buffet food ran out, plates in several section ran out. . I had to clear my own table to sit , Restaurant Manager could hardly be seen. These issues could easily be fied but l had no problems regarding this ,the Management should take as a positive feedback and not negative.

Nice hotel to bring family or working teams with. I came here with two of my colleagues for a business trip to Jakarta, and guess they all liked it. But do not expect hotel-level hygiene, it is an apartment with kitchen, felt as if sleeping in college dormitory. Staffs were very nice, I like the food too. If any foreigner with family, this is a right place to stay where you can cook at the room's kitchen, has heat-stove and some plates, but must bring your kits..(pans, etc.). By the way...the TV was awful, bad resolution, feel like living in 60s.

The room is not even close to what we see in the pictures. Its super dirty, the aircon dosent work, its stuffy. Very unclean, with insects all over and washroom has cockroaches. Even after changing 4 rooms there is no difference.

空港アクセスが抜群で過去3度宿泊していますが、市街地中心部へ行くのと違い渋滞はほとんどなく、 アンチョールに近く眺めも良く、早朝散歩も安全で 朝食バイキングも充実しており 多少古いが安心して泊まれる立地である。

스모킹 방 밖에 없다고 하여 곤혹스러웠습니다.
1. 첫날 좀 늦게 가기 했지만 스모킹 방 밖에 없다고 하여 너무 곤혹스러웠습니다. 그 전날 방에서 담배를 많이 피웠는지 밤에 잠 잘 때까지 냄새가 없어지지 않아 머리가 아플 정도였습니다. 그 다음날 논스모킹으로 바꿔 달라고 요청을 했지만 역시 방이 없다는 말만 들어 어쩔 수 없이 계속 그 방에서 지낼 수 밖에 없었습니다. 2. 호텔에서 제공하는 치약이 너무 품질이 낮은 것 같습니다. 맛이 이상해 쓰지 않게 되었습니다. 3. 샤워 호스가 떨어진 것을 고치지 않고 임시방편으로 그냥 샤워기에 꽂아 놨는지 이용할 때 가끔 샤워기에서 샤워 호스가 떨어져 사방으로 물이 튀고 그랬습니다
