The hotel facilities are good, clean and new. The beds are comfortable and clean. I did not love the neighborhood and wouldnt stay in this location again, but if you need an hotel around the area this is a good option. On our last night, we ordered room service and I was informed that the POS machine wasnt working and that he would return the next day. In the morning, they knocked in our room before 7am to charge, bothering our sleep. Besides that, service was good.

Convenable sans plus, vraiment pas digne d'un Hôtel Mercure . Pour un européen choisissez plutôt un hôtel du côté du centre ville. Petit déjeuner très limite pour un client européen mis à part si vous déjeuner asiatique, service style cantine scolaire avec le personnel qui débarrasse avec des chariots dans les allées. Pour le reste sa reste convenable. Personnels courtois et à votre écoute. Pour ma part je choisirais un autre hôtel.

Good hotel, good breakfast. Walking distance to café Batavia. No parasols at the pool. Staff had put our suitcases in the wrong vehicle that had almost left for the airport. Only fast running by my son prevented the disappearance of our luggage.

Fabulously comfortable hotel, spotlessly clean, very nice staff. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Difficult to walk in this area as crossing the road is very scary. There is only a small choice of western meals on the menu.

Cleaning is really not good. Had hair in the sink and around it when arrived, there were no hand towels and cleaning during the stay was not good... The hotel room was refurbished and looked nice, but internet bandwidth and acoustic from other rooms were not good.

シャワーが熱湯しか出ない。フェイスタオルが無かったので部屋に置いておくように言ったが、置いてあったのは足拭き用マットだった。2泊目にクレームを入れたがまた足拭きマットが置いてあった。外出先から昼間に何度電話しても留守番電話で連絡が取れない。バスタオルが黒ずんでいて不潔。4つ星ホテルとは到底思えない。

Disgusting. I checked in at 12 and checked out at 3pm because I had a meeting in between that time. The sheets had stains of god knows what, the floors were clearly not clean in some time and the room was filthy, the bathroom yuck... My spouse complained and all they only showed us an upgraded room which ironically had the same issues. So we checked out. Please be aware this hotel is in an undesirable area of Jakarta and is in no shape or form a nice clean place as they present in the images. They have a modern restaurant and seem to have spent all the time there because in one word its GROSS.

Hotel is good but its surroundings are horrible
The hotel itself is great, it’s new, and clean. They have an issue with the food though, their main food rush hour is lunch, so when you have your daily paid for breakfast, even though it ends at 10am, by 9am, nothing is refilled as much, the food and drinks start to get cold. The staff are friendly but you feel they start to look at their watches starting at 9am, and you get the feeling that you came late and should in a kind way.. leave. The location of the hotel is horrible, only fathalla square is close by but there isn’t much that’s in good clean shape that is a walking distance, it’s at least 20-30min walk.

This property has just recently renovated. Everything is clean and well decorated. The hotel also have good facilities from pool, gym to sauna and spa. The bike is free when you want to explore the old town as it is just next to the property.

Clean, tidy and welcoming hotel. Short walk to local shops and markets. Heavy traffic all around ; crazy driving and mopeds everywhere. Friendly staff and people; shout out to the welcoming and friendly security staff.

Goed is dat het in de buurt van Kota Tua. Wel jammer dat het centrum van Kota Tua 's avonds wordt/werd afgesloten. Wat niet prettig is is dat in het hotel wordt toegestaan dat er in de resto lounge gerookt mag worden. Zeker daar het ook als restaurant fungeert. Je wordt gedwongen om dan maar in het buffetrestaurant te gaan zitten als niet-rokers.

Love the rooms, service, abd breakfast! Really enjoyed my stay in a clean and newly renovated room. Breakfast spread is pretty decent. Only gripe I had was the amount of mosquitoes in the dining area during breakfast. I wont say its to blame the hotel, may be an area issue.

Great value for money
The rooms were fab and in a good location in Jakarta. The breakfast was great. Bar service was poor. We were sat for cocktails and ended up just leaving as no one came back to actually serve us. We have a late evening flight and we used the pool all afternoon and showered there. It was ideal.

The hotel is so cute, the room is spacious and clean. Eventho we had problem with the sink and shower but the staff was really helpfull and very quick. Need to improve the breakfast variety. We can rent the bycle for 2 hours. Overall, I would love to come back again when I have chance.
