Laundry service is limited to 3 items per day, which is not much for a 10-night stay. There is no washing machine, so at least 5 items of service are needed. I would stay there again if they had better laundry service.

シャワールームの排水が悪く、洗面台の方まで浸水した。シャワールームの床も掃除が充分でないのか滑りやすく危なかった。

部屋も広く、スタッフもみんな親切で複数回、宿泊しています。ひとつだけ、かなり深刻な問題を指摘すると、 アメニティのシャンプーが酷すぎます。おそらくハンドソープと同じものなのではないでしょうか。 泡立ちも悪い上、紙がバサバサになります。普段、そんな事を気にしない短髪、天然パーマの男性の自分が言うのですから、一般的な女性にとってはこれだけで2度と来ない理由になると思いますので、今すぐに変更するべきです。さらに複数回の宿泊いずれもポンプからなかなかシャンプーが出ないのでおそらくポンプそのものが欠陥なのだと思います。すぐに改善できる事なのでお願いします。

全体的に快適です

2日以上滞在する際は、快適に過ごせると思います。 良い点：部屋が広い。ベッドが大きい。冷蔵庫がある。キッチンがある。湯船がある。植物がある側の部屋は日当たりが良く目覚めも良い。フロントスタッフのサービスが全体的に良い。（チェックアウト後、タクシーを呼んでくれた。） 改善して欲しい点：シャンプーポンプ出が悪く、ノズルごと開けて使用したので、よく出る物に変えて欲しい。コンディショナーも置いて欲しい。クローゼットのハンガーを3本増やして欲しい。タオルが少し厚く使いずらいので、柔らかいものが希望。 一階のイタリアンレストランも美味しいので、また宿泊滞在したいと思います。

The room was extremely clean and spacious, and there was even a small outdoor area! The staff was fluent in English and really helpful in assisting me with my taxi bookings. Would definitely book Nagomi again when I go back!

Great Place to stay over

Very good environment. Friendly and warm welcoming staffs. The only thing that is lacking is no toiletries (No toothbrush and conditioner). The rest of the stay is fantastic and it worths the price.
