Excellent !!!
Had an amazing stay. Excellent service, comfortable beds and big rooms. AC is not that powerful but is comfortable. Food is good and breakfast has good variety. Overall highly recommended for people coming for expo at JIEXPO centre.

Big room, low price.
The room is quite big... but pretty uncomfortable. WiFi keeps getting server not responding and have to keep asking for ID and password. Room amenities is quite basic. First room that I am allocated had the single bed so shaky. Change room but still pretty similar

The hotel location is easy to find something to eat even at night. But the bathroom is terrible. Every time you flush the toilet water leaking from the side and every time you shower the water did not drain fast so there is water pooling on your feet..gross. They only give you 2 towels in the room even though we booked for 4 peoples..no towel for face or hand. We have to ask to housekeeper every day for extra towel.

I enjoyed my stay very much ... eventhough i was bitten by bugs the whole night during my sleep room 4143 i am so tired that i slerp through. i did talk to the front desk but they just said ok. Hahaha maybe they don't understand my pain i would live to come back ith my family the next time

it is good per price, but need renovation.
Because there are many bad review on this hotel, I had made a reservation for sweet room. the room was very large, there were super extra space even bed, sofa, and desk was there. it has small kitchen. but every facility is very old and outdated. they said they serve 24 hour room service but nobody answer my call. they give us pass word and id for wi-fi but the password is changed everyday. I need to call every morning to ask them reset their system. (the reception was also not picked up the call in early morning). Even if I hang up 'do not distribute' on my door handle but reception call me around noon to ask me room cleaning.. I have to wake up to pick up the phone) They were five star hotel 20 years ago and now the complete things (not only their facility but also education of the employees) need to be impoved to get back their star rating. If I think the price, their rate is OK, price is similar with IBIS style or FAVE but much better options(ex. large swimming pool, room service etc)

Always pleasant after several times repeated stays here, quiet area for resting and relaxing, but still conveniently close to the busy commercial district of Kelapa Gading
