"Great location near businesses downtown. Room looked brand new."

"Breakfast supplies were not replenished after the earlier rush. At 8:00 am almost all hot food was empty. The person responsible came out an put 5 bacon back out and disappeared again. I did not see him again while I eat. Front desk was great. The property is a former Ramada Inn and needs the Holiday Inn Express updates."

"The cabin is very nicely decorated and was very clean upon check in. Maybe the cleanest vrbo I have ever seen, especially the dishes and kitchen was immaculate."

"Clean and modern room, updated nicely from my previous stay. Reasonably priced. Plenty of space and easy to work if needed with numerous charging options. One drawback is my room was next to a busy street, and between the heater/AC unit and the bathroom window, there was very little noise protection. I needed a white noise app to get around that. This will often be a top choice for me if i'm in Redding. "

"Didn't need A/C in April so can't comment on that. Parking didn't feel safe as downtown area known for car break-ins...we just took everything out of car or out of sight, locked-up, parked under a light and crossed our fingers. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were like bricks...bring your own. Next to zero amenities. No lotion or any of those typical amenities left for guests to use. There are some handsoap and shampoo/cond. combos attached to the walls in the bathroom sink and shower areas. There are towels. There is an ironing board/iron and only a tiny little individual package of tissues...no box of tissues as are usually available at most hotels/motels. There is a coffee maker in the room. There is a little fridge and a micro sized microwave. The coffee machine in the lobby was inoperable. The ice machine/s were all inoperable. Bring your own water...and most everything else you need/want. We only needed a place for one night to attend a wedding then back home so we didn't mind the spartan nature of the property...but wouldn't want to stay long."

"This is a wonderful property. Sadly it rained a lot the two days that we were there so we could only really enjoy the inside, but we were able to enjoy a few minutes down by the river which was lovely. The house was cozy and comfortable."

"We booked this room based on reviews of an excellant full breakfast, starting early. This was the standard, boring continental breakfast and everything was very cold and inedible. We were there shortly after starting at 7:00. There is a great restaurant within walking distance that was recommended by the front desk for lunch/dinner. Dill's Deli - I can't recommend enough! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable."
